Since about 5:19 PM CET, we are experiencing a technical problem on Qualified electronic Signature Certificate Creation. End users having already a valid certificate won't be impacted, only those that need to create a new one will be blocked.

We are investigating and working on a solution to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
